Question
This five-fingered thing, which we call "hand", is merely an animal. It opens and closes, opens and closes, like a heart. It has own fine language, fluent, yet nearly mute.
It has a wrinkled face. No eyes. It has a neck, but no body, no tail...
And yet it crawls upon the table. It can soar. Or it lies upon the table, or on the chair, or somewhere, with no meaning. It pauses -
Exerts its muscular mind. Might it cramp itself?
