Speaking of politics and political rhetoric, a scene from Austin Powers-II always pops into my mind -- where Austin is on all fours inside a canvas tent with Heather Graham putting up a grand show of objects being extricated/insinuated... for the benefit of the audience on the other side of the tent.
OK, now I'm not going to be able to think about Bush and Obama without that scene popping into my head. But which one do you imagine in the Mike Myers role and which one as Heather Graham? For his coy smirk and his sporting impression of a dumb blonde, Dubya has a claim to Heather, but then again, Obama's better-looking...
I'm proud that this blog has finally become a site for political discourse.

i'm trying to imagine what objects would emerge with bush and obama replacing the other two (and would the objects change if they exchanged roles?)
